“الدرعية” ترسي عقد تطوير دار الأوبرا الملكية باستثمارات تفوق 5 مليارات ريال

أعلنت شركة الدرعية عن ترسية عقد مشروع تطوير “دار الأوبرا الملكية” بتكلفة استثمارية تبلغ 5.1 مليارات ريال، لتكون واحدة من أبرز المعالم الثقافية ضمن خطة تطوير الدرعية، بما يعزز مكانتها كوجهة عالمية للفنون، تحقيقًا لمستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.

وفاز بتنفيذ المشروع تحالف يضم شركة السيف للمقاولات الهندسية، وشركة مدماك للإنشاءات، والشركة الصينية للهندسة المعمارية، الأكبر عالميًا في قطاع الإنشاءات، وفق وكالة الأنباء السعودية.

ومن المقرر أن تضم دار الأوبرا قاعة رئيسة بسعة 2,000 مقعد، إلى جانب مسرح، واستوديو، ومدرّج على السطح، وقاعات متعددة الاستخدامات، ليصل إجمالي السعة إلى نحو 3,100 مقعد، في تصميم نجدي معاصر وضعته شركة “سنوهيتا أوسلو” النرويجية، مع التركيز على الاستدامة البيئية.

وتعد هذه الخطوة جزءًا من سلسلة مشاريع كبرى أعلنتها الشركة مؤخرًا، شملت إطلاق “حي الإعلام والابتكار”، وترسية عقد تصميم وتطوير مبانٍ محيطة بالشارع الرئيسي في الدرعية.

وأكد جيري إنزيريلو، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الدرعية، أن دار الأوبرا الملكية ستكون علامة فارقة تعزز حضور المملكة الثقافي عالميًا، مضيفًا أن المشروع يسهم في جمع الناس في “أعظم وجهة للقاء في العالم”.

من جانبه، أوضح المهندس خالد الهزاني، نائب الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض، أن هذا الصرح يهدف لاستقطاب أبرز المواهب الأوبرالية العالمية، ودعم المواهب المحلية في ذات المجال.

ويُذكر أن مشروع الدرعية، المملوك لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، يُعد أحد المشاريع التنموية الكبرى، ويستهدف استقطاب 50 مليون زيارة سنويًا، وتوفير 178 ألف فرصة عمل، ومساهمة تفوق 70 مليار ريال في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.
