بـ2 مليار دولار.. إطلاق منصة استثمارية مشتركة بين قطر وروسيا

أعلنت موسكو والدوحة يوم الخميس توقيع مجموعة من الاتفاقيات، أبرزها تأسيس منصة استثمارية مشتركة جديدة بقيمة ملياري دولار، تقاسمها الجانبان بالتساوي.

وجرت مراسم التوقيع بحضور الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين وأمير دولة قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، الذي وصل إلى موسكو في زيارة رسمية.

المنصة الجديدة، التي وقعها رئيس الصندوق الروسي للاستثمارات المباشرة كيريل دميترييف والرئيس التنفيذي لجهاز قطر للاستثمار محمد سيف السويدي، ستركز على قطاعات التكنولوجيا، الرعاية الصحية، المعادن، وغيرها من المجالات ذات الأولوية للطرفين، وفق تقرير “تاس” الروسية.

وتُعد هذه المنصة استكمالًا للشراكة الاستثمارية التي بدأت عام 2014، والتي ضخت حينها 4 مليارات دولار في مشاريع روسية متنوعة، منها الذكاء الاصطناعي، النقل، والخدمات المالية.

توقيع مذكرات تفاهم بين البلدي

إلى جانب هذه الاتفاقية، تم توقيع عدد من مذكرات التفاهم، شملت:
التعاون في تطوير الإدارة المالية العامة.
تعزيز الشراكة في مجال الرعاية الصحية والتعليم الطبي.
التعاون في مجالات الثقافة البدنية والرياضة.

الرئيس الروسي أشاد من جانبه بالعلاقات المتنامية مع الدوحة، مشيرًا إلى أن قطر استثمرت نحو مليار دولار في روسيا عبر شراكتها مع الصندوق الروسي.

15 مشروعا روسيا استراتيجيا

بينما أكد رئيس صندوق الاستثمار المباشر الروسي كيريل دميترييف أن الاستثمارات القطرية دعمت أكثر من 15 مشروعًا استراتيجيًا في روسيا، مع التركيز على الابتكار والتكنولوجيا.

وأضاف دميترييف: “المنصة الجديدة تمثل توسعًا مهمًا في التعاون بين البلدين، وستفتح المجال أمام جذب استثمارات أكبر في مشاريع ذات قيمة مضافة عالية”.

ترتبط روسيا وقطر بعلاقات استراتيجية تعززت خلال العقدين الأخيرين، حيث يشمل التعاون بين البلدين مجالات حيوية أبرزها الطاقة.

وتُعد قطر من أبرز المستثمرين الأجانب في روسيا، إذ ضخّ جهاز قطر للاستثمار ما يزيد عن 10 مليارات دولار في مشاريع روسية، تتوزع على قطاعات النفط والغاز، إضافة إلى حصص مؤثرة في مؤسسات مالية كبرى مثل مصرف VTB. ويعكس هذا التعاون المتنامي عمق الشراكة الاقتصادية والسياسية بين موسكو والدوحة.
