مطار الملك خالد الدولي يتصدر مطارات السعودية في مارس

ويستند التقرير إلى 11 معيارًا أساسيًا لقياس الأداء، أبرزها أوقات الانتظار في إجراءات السفر، ومدة استلام الأمتعة، ومعايير تخص ذوي الإعاقة، وذلك ضمن جهود الهيئة لتحسين تجربة المسافرين وتجويد الخدمات المقدمة في مطارات المملكة.

مطار الملك خالد يتصدر.. ترتيب المطارات حسب الفئات

الفئة الأولى: مطارات دولية بأكثر من 15 مليون مسافر سنويًا
الأول: مطار الملك خالد الدولي بالرياض (82%)
الثاني: مطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي بجدة (73%)

أما الفئة الثانية: مطارات دولية من 5 إلى 15 مليون مسافر
الأول: مطار الملك فهد الدولي بالدمام (91%)
الثاني: مطار الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز الدولي بالمدينة المنورة (82%)

الفئة الثالثة: مطارات دولية من 2 إلى 5 ملايين مسافر
الأول: مطار الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز الدولي بجيزان (100%)
الثاني: مطار أبها الدولي (100%)

وتميز مطار جيزان بمعدل انتظار أقل لرحلات القدوم والمغادرة، ما منحه الأفضلية.

الفئة الرابعة: مطارات دولية تقل عن مليوني مسافر
الأول: مطار الأحساء الدولي (100%)

الفئة الخامسة: المطارات الداخلية
الأول: مطار القريات (100%)

معايير التقييم
تشمل معايير الهيئة قياس أوقات الانتظار في إجراءات السفر، وسرعة استلام الأمتعة، وأداء مناطق الجوازات والجمارك، إلى جانب جودة الخدمات المقدمة لذوي الإعاقة، وذلك بما يتماشى مع أفضل الممارسات الدولية.

أكثر من 6.8 مليون مسافر
ومستهل أبريل، أعلنت شركة مطارات القابضة عن عبور أكثر من 6.8 مليون مسافر ومعتمر خلال موسم ذروة العمرة لعام 1446 هـ، وذلك عبر أربعة مطارات سعودية رئيسية، وذلك في الفترة الممتدة من الأول من شهر رمضان وحتى السابع من شهر شوال.

وشملت المطارات: مطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي بجدة، ومطار الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز الدولي بالمدينة المنورة، ومطار الأمير عبدالمحسن بن عبدالعزيز الدولي بينبع، ومطار الطائف الدولي، بحسب ما أوردته وكالة الأنباء السعودية “واس”.

وبحسب الإحصاءات، توزعت حركة المسافرين على النحو التالي:
أكثر من 4.6 مليون مسافر على الرحلات الدولية (قادمين ومغادرين).
نحو 2.1 مليون مسافر على الرحلات الداخلية.

كما بلغ إجمالي عدد الرحلات في هذه الفترة نحو 40 ألف رحلة، منها:
أكثر من 25 ألف رحلة دولية
أكثر من 14 ألف رحلة داخلية

وتعكس هذه الأرقام الجهود الكبيرة التي تبذلها الجهات المعنية في المملكة لتسهيل تنقل ضيوف الرحمن وتحسين تجربة السفر خلال مواسم الذروة.
