السعودية توطن 41 مهنة بالقطاع السياحي

أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، بالشراكة مع وزارة السياحة، عن قرار توطين 41 مهنة في القطاع السياحي داخل منشآت القطاع الخاص، وذلك ضمن جهود الدولة الرامية إلى تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وتعزيز فرص التوظيف في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

ثلاث مراحل للتطبيق تبدأ في أبريل 2026

وسيشمل القرار 41 مهنة قيادية وتخصصية، على أن يتم تنفيذه على ثلاث مراحل:
المرحلة الأولى: تبدأ في 22 أبريل 2026م
المرحلة الثانية: تنطلق في 3 يناير 2027م
المرحلة الثالثة: تبدأ في 2 يناير 2028م

ويشمل القرار جميع المنشآت العاملة في القطاع السياحي الخاص.

المهن المستهدفة بالتوطين

يشمل قرار التوطين مجموعة من المهن القيادية والتخصصية في القطاع السياحي، تتصدرها:
مدير وكالة سفر، مدير تخطيط وتطوير، أخصائي تطوير سياحي، أخصائي إرشاد سياحي، مدير فندق، مدير عمليات فندقة، مدير رقابة فنادق، منظم سياحي، أخصائي فندقة، مرشد موقع، أخصائي مشتريات، أخصائي مبيعات، وموظف استقبال فندق.

وتُعد هذه الوظائف من الركائز الأساسية في تشغيل وإدارة المنشآت السياحية، ويهدف القرار إلى تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية من شَغلها ضمن خطة استراتيجية تواكب نمو القطاع السياحي وتوسّع خدماته في المملكة.

دليل إجرائي وتفاصيل التوطين

وأوضحت الوزارة أنها أصدرت دليلًا إجرائيًا عبر موقعها الإلكتروني، يحتوي على تفاصيل المهن المشمولة ونسب التوطين المطلوبة وآليات احتسابها، إلى جانب العقوبات المترتبة على المنشآت غير الملتزمة بالقرار.

ويُعد هذا القرار امتدادًا لسلسلة من المبادرات التي تطلقها وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية لتحقيق مستهدفات إستراتيجية سوق العمل، عبر رفع نسب التوطين في القطاعات الحيوية، ودعم مشاركة الكفاءات الوطنية في التنمية الاقتصادية.
