السعودية تجمع 3.71 مليار ريال من إصدار صكوك محلية لشهر أبريل 2025

أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على الإصدار المحلي لشهر أبريل 2025 ضمن برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بالريال السعودي.

وبحسب بيان للمركز، يوم الثلاثاء، تم تحديد إجمالي حجم التخصيص بمبلغ قدره 3.71 مليار ريال سعودي.

ووفقاً للبيان تم تقسيم الإصدار إلى أربع شرائح على النحو التالي:
الشريحة الأولى: بقيمة 1.315 مليار ريال، وتستحق في عام 2029.
الشريحة الثانية: بقيمة 80 مليون ريال، وتستحق في عام 2032.
الشريحة الثالثة: بقيمة 765 مليون ريال، وتستحق في عام 2036.
الشريحة الرابعة: بقيمة 1.550 مليار ريال، وتستحق في عام 2039.

ويُعد هذا الإصدار جزءًا من جهود المملكة في تنويع مصادر التمويل وتعزيز استدامة الدين العام ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030.

وكان مجلس الوزراء السعودي قد أقر ميزانية العام المالي 2025 بإجمالي إيرادات متوقعة تبلغ 1.184 تريليون ريال، مقابل نفقات تُقدّر بـ 1.285 تريليون ريال، ما يُنتج عجزاً بقيمة 101 مليار ريال، بانخفاض نسبته 14.4% مقارنة بالعجز المتوقع لعام 2024.

وفي ظل تراجع أسعار النفط، تعتزم المملكة جمع نحو 37 مليار دولار هذا العام من خلال أدوات الدين المحلية والعالمية لسد العجز المالي، بحسب الخطط المعلنة.

ووفقًا لتقديرات صندوق النقد الدولي، تحتاج السعودية إلى سعر نفط يتجاوز 90 دولارًا للبرميل لتحقيق توازن في ميزانيتها. وفي ظل سيناريو انخفاض أسعار النفط، تتوقع وكالة فيتش أن يتوسع العجز المالي للمملكة ليصل إلى 4.1% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في 2025، بافتراض متوسط سعر خام برنت عند 70 دولارًا.

وفي سياق متصل، خفّض صندوق النقد توقعاته لنمو الاقتصاد السعودي في عام 2025 إلى 3%، مقارنة بتقديراته السابقة البالغة 3.3% في يناير الماضي، وهو رابع خفض على التوالي. كما توقع الصندوق أن يرتفع النمو الاقتصادي إلى 3.7% في عام 2026، لكنه لا يزال أقل من التقديرات السابقة التي بلغت 4.1%.
