20 طائرة إيرباص عريضة البدن تنضم لأسطول “طيران أديل”

أعلنت مجموعة الخطوط الجوية السعودية عن توقيع طلبية مؤكدة لشراء 10 طائرات إيرباص A330 نيو لصالح شركة طيران أديل منخفضة التكلفة، مع خيار شراء 10 طائرات إضافية من نفس الطراز، في خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى توسيع شبكة المسارات طويلة المدى ودعم خطط استقطاب الحجاج والمعتمرين.

بدء التسليم في 2027

من المتوقع أن تبدأ عمليات التسليم في يوليو 2027، على أن تُسلَّم الطائرات العشر بالكامل بحلول عام 2029، وفق وكالة الأنباء السعودية “واس”.
الطائرات الجديدة ستُزوَّد بمحركات ترينت 7000 من شركة رولز رويس البريطانية.

الصفقة تمت في قلب أوروبا

تم توقيع الاتفاقية بمقر مصنع إيرباص في تولوز، فرنسا، بحضور شخصيات رفيعة المستوى من الجانبين، أبرزهم: المهندس إبراهيم العُمر، مدير عام مجموعة السعودية، السفير السعودي في فرنسا فهد الرويلي، المدير التنفيذي لشركة إيرباص للطائرات التجارية كريستيان شيرير.

وأكد العُمر أن هذه الصفقة تُعزز استراتيجية المجموعة ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030، التي تستهدف الوصول إلى 250 وجهة ونقل 330 مليون مسافر و150 مليون سائح سنويًا.

دعم استراتيجي لقطاع الطيران

وأضاف أن الصفقة تدعم خطة تحديث وتنمية الأسطول، والتي تشمل أيضًا صفقة سابقة لشراء 105 طائرات من إيرباص، ما يسهم في رفع الكفاءة التشغيلية وتكامل خدمات الصيانة والتوسع في الوجهات الدولية.

طيران أديل تدخل حقبة جديدة

تُعد هذه الصفقة أول دخول لطيران أديل في عالم الطائرات عريضة البدن، حيث تخطط الشركة لتوفير مقاعد في الدرجة السياحية الممتازة على طائراتها الجديدة، بما يعزز تجربة السفر لمسافات طويلة.

حاليًا، تُشغّل طيران أديل رحلات عريضة البدن عبر نظام التأجير خلال مواسم الذروة، مثل الحج، ولكن مع هذه الصفقة تتحول إلى تشغيل مباشر ومستقل ضمن خطة طموحة لتوسيع شبكتها العالمية.
