دولة عربية تتصدر قائمة الحلول لأزمة نقص سائقي الشاحنات في ألمانيا

بدأت ألمانيا في تنفيذ خطوات عملية لاستقطاب سائقين مؤهلين من خارج دول الاتحاد الأوروبي، في ظل أزمة نقص حاد في سائقي الشاحنات، حيث أطلقت شركة “كابا” للخدمات الشخصية، ومقرها مدينة ماينز، مبادرة جديدة تستهدف توظيف سائقين من المغرب، مع توفير برنامج تدريبي متكامل لتأهيلهم لسوق العمل الألماني.

الإمكانيات الأوروبية تستنفد.. والأنظار تتجه إلى المغرب

قال مدير الشركة، بيرند ألبرخت، إن الإمكانيات التقليدية للتوظيف داخل أوروبا باتت محدودة للغاية، مشيرًا إلى أن دولًا مثل إسبانيا والبرتغال أصبحت بحاجة إلى سائقيها محليًا بعد تحسن أوضاعها الاقتصادية، وفقًا لما ذكره موقع هسبريس المغربي.

كما حذّر ألبرخت، من أن انتهاء الحرب في أوكرانيا قد يدفع السائقين من أوروبا الشرقية للعودة إلى بلدانهم، وهو ما قد يفاقم الأزمة في ألمانيا وبولندا، واصفًا هذا الوضع بأنه “سيكون له عواقب وخيمة على سوق السائقين الألمانية.

تدريب شامل وتأهيل متكامل

وأطلقت شركة “كابا” برنامجًا تدريبيًا يستغرق من 12 إلى 16 أسبوعًا، يشمل دورات في اللغة الألمانية، وتأهيلًا نظريًا وعمليًا داخل ألمانيا.

ويتضمن البرنامج إصدار رخص القيادة الألمانية المطلوبة من فئتي “B” و”C”، واختياريًا “CE”، للعمل كسائق شاحنة أو حافلة،و”B” و”D”، واختياريًا “DE”، لسائقي الحافلات، إضافة إلى تدريب في الإسعافات الأولية واستخراج بطاقة السائق للتسجيل الرقمي.

تتكفل الشركة بجميع الإجراءات الإدارية اللازمة، بما في ذلك استخراج التأشيرات، وتمنح الشركات الألمانية إمكانية مقابلة المرشحين المغاربة افتراضيًا أو عبر أيام توظيف تنظم في المغرب. وتستغرق فترة التحضير من توقيع العقد حتى بدء العمل ما بين 26 إلى 36 أسبوعًا، أو أقل في حال بدأ المرشحون التدريب بالفعل.

عقود فعلية وخطوة استراتيجية

بدأت بالفعل إحدى شركات النقل الكبرى في جنوب ألمانيا التعاقد مع “كابا” لتوظيف سائقين مغاربة، في خطوة تُعد جزءًا من حل طويل الأمد لمشكلة نقص الكوادر في قطاع النقل.
