اتفاقية مصرية-فرنسية لإنشاء محطة هيدروجين أخضر بقيمة 7 مليارات يورو

أعلنت وزارة النقل المصرية عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع تحالف يضم شركتي “إي دي إف رينوبلز” الفرنسية و”زيرو ويست” المصرية/الإماراتية، بهدف تطوير وتمويل وبناء وتشغيل محطة متكاملة لإنتاج الهيدروجين الأخضر ومشتقاته، بما في ذلك الأمونيا الخضراء، في منطقة رأس شقير بالبحر الأحمر.

وفقا للحساب الرسمي لوزارة النقل الصمرية على فيسبوك، تُقدّر التكلفة الاستثمارية الإجمالية للمشروع بنحو 7 مليارات يورو، موزعة على ثلاث مراحل، تستهدف إنتاج مليون طن سنويًا من الأمونيا الخضراء.​

مراحل التنفيذ والاستثمارات

سيتم ضخ استثمارات مباشرة بقيمة 2 مليار يورو في المرحلة الأولى من المشروع، والتي تهدف إلى إنتاج 300 ألف طن سنويًا من الأمونيا الخضراء.

عند اكتمال المراحل الثلاث، سيصل الإنتاج إلى مليون طن سنويًا. يُتوقع أن تبدأ المرحلة الأولى في عام 2029، مع استمرار تنفيذ المراحل اللاحقة لتحقيق الأهداف الإنتاجية المرجوة.​

يتضمن المشروع إنشاء محطات لتوليد الطاقة المتجددة على مساحة 420 كيلومترًا مربعًا، بالإضافة إلى مصنع على مساحة 1.2 مليون متر مربع.

كما سيتم إنشاء وحدة لتحلية مياه البحر ورصيف بحري بطول 400 متر، مما يعزز من قدرات المشروع التشغيلية واللوجستية.​

الأهداف الاستراتيجية والتأثير الاقتصادي

يهدف المشروع إلى دعم استراتيجية مصر في توطين صناعة الوقود الأخضر وتوفير وقود نظيف لتموين السفن، بالإضافة إلى التصدير للأسواق العالمية.

من المتوقع أن يحقق المشروع عوائد اقتصادية كبيرة، تشمل رسوم الخدمات والتراخيص ومقابل الانتفاع بالأراضي، بالإضافة إلى الضرائب ورسوم التصدير التي ستُدفع بالدولار.

كما سيوفر آلاف فرص العمل للمصريين، مع التركيز على تدريب وتأهيل العمالة المحلية لتمثيل نسبة كبيرة من القوى العاملة في المشروع.​
