مؤسسة ترامب تبرم أول صفقة تطوير عقاري في قطر ضمن خطط التوسع العالمية

وقّعت “مؤسسة ترامب” أول اتفاق لتطوير عقاري لها في دولة قطر، تضمن إنشاء ملعب للغولف وعدد من الفلل السكنية بالقرب من العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.

وشهد مراسم التوقيع، يوم الأربعاء، إريك ترامب، نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة ترامب ونجل الرئيس الأميركي، حيث حضر الفعالية إلى جانب ممثلي “الديار القطرية” وشركة “دار غلوبال”، الشريكة في هذا المشروع التطويري.

تفاصيل المشروع

وسيشمل المشروع تشييد ملعب ترامب الدولي للغولف المكوَّن من 18 حفرة، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الفلل السكنية الفاخرة، وذلك ضمن إطار مشروع سميسمة الكبير، الذي يُعد أحد المشروعات التنموية الكبرى المدعومة من قبل الحكومة القطرية، والذي تم الإعلان عنه في العام الماضي. كما سيتضمن المشروع أيضاً متنزهاً ترفيهياً ومرسىً مخصصاً لليخوت، وفقاً لما أوردته وكالة الأنباء الألمانية نقلاً عن شركة “الديار القطرية” للاستثمار العقاري.

وفي بيان رسمي، أعرب إريك ترامب عن فخره بتوسيع حضور علامة ترامب التجارية داخل قطر من خلال هذا التعاون النوعي مع شركتي “الديار القطرية” و”دار غلوبال”، مؤكداً أن نادي ترامب الدولي للغولف في سميسمة، إلى جانب مجمّع الفلل الفاخرة، سيعكس أعلى معايير الجودة والتميز التي تعتمدها مؤسسته.

من جهته، عبّر وزير البلدية القطري ورئيس مجلس إدارة “الديار القطرية”، عبد الله بن حمد بن عبد الله العطية، عن سعادته بإطلاق هذا التعاون مع “دار غلوبال”، والذي أثمر عن استقطاب علامة ترامب التجارية إلى مشروع سميسمة، مؤكداً أن هذا التعاون يأتي ضمن التزام “الديار القطرية” المتواصل بتطوير مشروعات عمرانية عالمية الطراز، تجمع بين الفخامة والطابع القطري الأصيل.

كما أضاف العطية أن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز موقع قطر كوجهة بارزة للاستثمار والسياحة والسكن الفاخر على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، معبّراً عن تطلعه لتعميق هذا النوع من الشراكات الاستراتيجية في المستقبل.

توسع في السعودية

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن “مؤسسة ترامب” كانت قد دخلت في شراكات سابقة مع “دار غلوبال”، وهي الذراع الدولية لشركة “دار الأركان” السعودية المتخصصة في التطوير العقاري، تضمنت إقامة برج شاهق في مدينة جدة الساحلية، بالإضافة إلى مبنى فاخر في إمارة دبي، ومجمع فندقي متكامل في سلطنة عُمان.

وفي سياق متصل، يُنتظر أن يقوم دونالد ترامب بزيارة إلى قطر والمملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة خلال الشهر المقبل، في إطار أول جولة خارجية كبرى له منذ عودته إلى البيت الأبيض في شهر يناير.
