منظمة التجارة العالمية: الحرب التجارية الأميركية الصينية قد تخفض تجارة السلع بين البلدين حتى 80%

رغم خطوة تهدئة اتخذها الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب بتعليق الرسوم الجمركية على بعض الدول لمدة 90 يومًا، استثنت القرار الصين، مما أجّج المخاوف مجددًا بشأن مستقبل العلاقات التجارية بين أكبر اقتصادين في العالم.

وقد تزامن ذلك مع تحذيرات من منظمة التجارة العالمية بشأن التداعيات الخطيرة لهذا التصعيد على الاقتصاد العالمي.

منظمة التجارة العالمية تحذر

حذرت المديرة العامة لمنظمة التجارة العالمية، نغوزي أوكونجو إيويالا، من أن الحرب التجارية المستمرة بين الولايات المتحدة والصين قد تؤدي إلى انخفاض تجارة السلع بين الجانبين بنسبة تصل إلى 80%.

وأضافت إيويالا، أن “انقسام الاقتصاد العالمي إلى كتلتين متنافرتين قد يتسبب في تراجع الناتج المحلي الإجمالي العالمي بنسبة تصل إلى 7% على المدى الطويل”، بحسب ما نقلته وكالة “رويترز”.

رسوم جمركية أميركية جديدة على الصين

في تصعيد لافت، أعلن الرئيس الأميركي أمس الأربعاء زيادة الرسوم الجمركية على الواردات الصينية إلى 125%، على أن يبدأ التطبيق بشكل فوري، وذلك بعد ساعات فقط من بدء تطبيق رسوم نسبتها 104% على هذه الواردات.

وفي حين أعلن ترامب تعليق الرسوم الجمركية المتبادلة التي فرضها مؤخرًا على عدد من الدول لمدة 90 يومًا، استثنى الصين من هذا القرار، مؤكدًا أن التعليق “يخص فقط الدول التي لا تفرض علينا رسوماً مضادة”.

رد صيني قوي على التصعيد الأميركي

وردًا على القرارات الأميركية، أعلنت الصين رفع الرسوم الجمركية على واردات أميركية من 34% إلى 84% بدءًا من يوم الخميس 10 أبريل، حسب ما ذكره “مكتب لجنة التعرفات الجمركية” التابع لمجلس الدولة الصيني.

كما فرضت بكين قيودًا جديدة على 18 شركة أميركية عاملة في قطاع الدفاع، وضمّت وزارة التجارة الصينية 12 شركة أميركية إلى قائمة الرقابة على التصدير للمواد ذات الاستخدام المزدوج، إضافة إلى إدراج 6 شركات أخرى على قائمة “الكيانات غير الجديرة بالثقة”.

ورغم التصعيد المتبادل، قال ترامب في تصريحات لاحقة يوم الأربعاء إنه يتوقع التحدث أو الاجتماع مع نظيره الصيني شي جين بينغ قريبًا، معربًا عن تفاؤله بإمكانية التوصل إلى “اتفاق جيد” مع الصين في نهاية المطاف.
