أسواق المال العالمية تنتعش بفضل قرار ترامب بتعليق الرسوم الجمركية

شهدت الأسواق المالية العالمية موجة من الارتفاعات الحادة، مع تسجيل بورصات الخليج وأوروبا مكاسب ملحوظة في تعاملات اليوم، مدفوعة بقرار أمريكي مفاجئ يقضي بتعليق مؤقت للرسوم الجمركية على عدد من الشركاء التجاريين.

قرار أمريكي يحرك الأسواق

أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب تعليقا مؤقتا للعديد من الرسوم الجمركية لمدة 90 يوما، في خطوة هدفت إلى تخفيف التوترات التجارية مع دول متعددة.

ومع ذلك، رفعت واشنطن الرسوم على الواردات الصينية من 104% إلى 125% بشكل فوري، في حين أبقت على نسبة 10% من الرسوم الجمركية على معظم الواردات الأمريكية.

الخليج يقود المكاسب في المنطقة

في منطقة الخليج، كانت السعودية في طليعة الأسواق الصاعدة، حيث قفز مؤشرها الرئيسي بنسبة 4%، مدفوعًا بارتفاع سهم مصرف الراجحي بنسبة 3.8% والبنك الأهلي السعودي بنسبة 3.9%، وفقا لرويترز.

كما سجلت أسواق الإمارات مكاسب قوية؛ إذ ارتفع مؤشر دبي بنسبة 2%، وأبوظبي بنسبة 1.3%.
وامتدت المكاسب إلى باقي الأسواق الخليجية:
البحرين: +0.26%
الكويت: +1.67%
مسقط: +0.53%

انتعاشة قوية في أوروبا

في القارة الأوروبية، قفز مؤشر “ستوكس 600” بنسبة 7.2%، بعد سلسلة خسائر بلغت 12.5% منذ بداية الشهر.
وكانت ألمانيا من أبرز المستفيدين، إذ ارتفع مؤشرها بنسبة 8.1%.
وسجلت القطاعات الأكثر تضررًا سابقًا مكاسب بارزة:
البنوك: +10.1%
التعدين: +9.2%
الطاقة: +9.3%

مؤشرات تعافي في سوق السندات

شهدت سندات الخزانة الأمريكية بعض الاستقرار بعد أيام من التراجع الحاد، وسط مؤشرات على انحسار المخاوف من تدهور أكبر سوق للسندات عالميا.
في المقابل، تراجع سهم شركة “تيسكو” البريطانية بنسبة 3.8% عقب تحذير بشأن تراجع أرباحها المتوقعة هذا العام.

الأسواق الآسيوية تنعش

حققت الأسواق الآسيوية مكاسب قوية مدفوعة بإقبال المستثمرين على اقتناص الفرص:
كوريا الجنوبية (كوسبي): +5.38%
الصين (شنغهاي): +1%
اليابان (نيكي): +9.13% (أعلى مكسب يومي منذ 6 أغسطس)
توبكس: +8.09%

وقال “سييتشي سوزوكي”، كبير المحللين في “توكاي طوكيو إنتليجنس لابوراتوري”: “عاد المستثمرون للشراء، نادمين على البيع في الجلسة السابقة. لكن هذا الارتفاع يعكس أيضًا مبالغة السوق في تشاؤمها من تأثير الرسوم الجمركية”.
