أسهم الصين تواصل مكاسبها لليوم الرابع وسط حرب الرسوم

تتجه الأسهم الصينية لتحقيق انتعاش خلال أربعة أيام، حيث فاقت توقعات بأن الحكومة ستتخذ خطوات لزيادة التحفيز الاقتصادي والتفاؤل بإمكانية التوصل إلى اتفاق تجاري مع الولايات المتحدة في المستقبل، تأثير الرسوم الجمركية التي فرضها دونالد ترمب بنسبة 145%.
قفز مؤشر رئيسي للأسهم الصينية المدرجة في بورصة هونغ كونغ بنسبة 2.7% بعد تذبذبه بين المكاسب والخسائر في وقت سابق من يوم الجمعة.
عكس مؤشر “شنغهاي شنزن 300” في البر الرئيسي تراجعه وأضاف 0.4%. وتفوق أداء كلا المؤشرين على أداء مؤشر السوق الآسيوية الأوسع.

المستثمرون يراهنون على الصين

تشير المكاسب إلى استمرار الرهانات على أن الصين ستقوم بتقديم دعم جديد للنمو بينما ينتظر المستثمرون نتائج اجتماع يوم الخميس بين كبار قادة الصين لمناقشة تقديم المزيد من التحفيز.
يلوح في الأفق أملٌ كبيرٌ في التوصل إلى تسوية بين أكبر اقتصادين في العالم، بعد أن أشار ترمب إلى استعداده لأن يكون “مرنًا” بشأن الاستثناءات للشركات أو البلدان من نظام الرسوم الجمركية.
كانت الأجواء أقل تفاؤلاً في جلسة الصباح، بعد أن أوضح البيت الأبيض يوم الخميس أنه بعد إضافة رسوم بنسبة 20% تم فرضها في وقت سابق من هذا العام، فإن إجمالي الرسوم الجمركية على الصين يصل إلى 145%، وهو مستوى يتجاوز بكثير ما قاله العديد من الاقتصاديين بأنه قد يضعف التجارة بين الولايات المتحدة والصين.
وارتفعت الأسهم بفضل احتمال انحسار التوترات الأميركية الصينية بعد أن أشار ترمب إلى استعداده “لإعفاء آلاف المنتجات من الرسوم الجمركية”، حسبما قال ستيفن ليونغ، المدير التنفيذي لشركة ” يو أو بي كاي هيان” (UOB Kay Hian) في هونغ كونغ. و”يتوقع المستثمرون أيضًا تطبيق بعض الإجراءات الداعمة في الصين بعد اجتماعات كبار المسؤولين الأخيرة”.
قال ترمب يوم الخميس إنه يعتقد أن إبرام أولى اتفاقيات تجارية “قريبة جدًا”، وأعرب عن تفاؤله بأن الصين ستجلس في النهاية إلى طاولة المفاوضات.

تصعيد جمركي متبادل بين بكين وواشنطن

جاءت أحدث زيادة أميركية للرسوم الجمركية بعد أن أعلنت بكين مساء الأربعاء أنها ستفرض ضريبة بنسبة 84% على جميع الواردات من الولايات المتحدة. وكان ذلك بعد أن رفع ترمب سابقًا الرسوم الجمركية على السلع الصينية إلى 104%. ثم رفعت بكين الرسوم الصينية على السلع الأميركية إلى 125%، وتعهدت بعدم زيادتها مجددًا مهما صعدت واشنطن من رسومها.
كما تعهدت السلطات الصينية يوم الثلاثاء بـ “القتال حتى النهاية” رداً على الرسوم الجمركية التي فرضها ترمب، مع الإشارة في الوقت نفسه إلى استعدادها للتحدث مع الولايات المتحدة. كما كثفت جهودها لدعم الأسهم، حيث قامت بعض الصناديق التي تدعمها الدولة بشراء الأسهم والصناديق المحلية.
