الصين ترد على أمريكا برفع الرسوم الجمركية إلى 125%

في تصعيد جديد للتوترات التجارية بين أكبر اقتصادين في العالم، أعلنت الصين رفع الرسوم الجمركية على السلع الأميركية من 84% إلى 125%، اليوم الجمعة، ردًا على قرارات إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب بفرض رسوم إضافية على الواردات الصينية. وجاء هذا التطور ليقضي على الآمال المتبقية بالتوصل إلى اتفاق قريب بين الجانبين.

رد شديد اللهجة من الصين.. “الخطوة الأميركية بلا جدوى”

في بيان صادر عن لجنة التعريفات الجمركية التابعة لمجلس الدولة الصيني، الجمعة، قالت بكين إن الاستمرار الأميركي في فرض رسوم أعلى “لن يحمل أي جدوى اقتصادية، وسيُذكر كموضع سخرية في تاريخ الاقتصاد العالمي”، وفقاً لشبكة CNBC الأمريكية.

وأكد البيان أن الصين “ستتجاهل” أي رسوم إضافية تفرضها الولايات المتحدة مستقبلاً على وارداتها من السلع الصينية.

الرسوم الجمركية الأميركية تبلغ الآن 145%

في المقابل، صرحت إدارة ترامب لـ CNBC بأن الرسوم الجمركية الأميركية المفروضة على السلع الصينية بلغت فعليًا 145%، مما يعكس استمرار التصعيد من جانب واشنطن دون تراجع.

آفاق الاتفاق التجاري تتلاشى

مع تبادل فرض الرسوم الجمركية، تراجعت التوقعات بشأن التوصل إلى اتفاق تجاري قريب بين البلدين. وكانت الصين قد فرضت في الأسبوع الماضي قيودًا واسعة النطاق على الشركات الأميركية إلى جانب الرسوم الجمركية، ما زاد من تعقيد المشهد الاقتصادي العالمي.

تأثيرات سلبية على النمو الصيني

بالتزامن مع هذه التطورات، خفّض بنك غولدمان ساكس توقعاته لنمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الصين إلى 4% فقط، بسبب الأثر السلبي للتوترات التجارية وتباطؤ النمو العالمي.

ورغم أن الصادرات الصينية إلى الولايات المتحدة تشكل نحو 3% فقط من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، فإن تداعياتها على سوق العمل الصيني تبقى كبيرة.

ووفقًا لتقديرات محللي غولدمان ساكس، فإن ما بين 10 إلى 20 مليون عامل صيني يعتمدون على شركات التصدير التي تتعامل مع السوق الأميركي.
