الإمارات تعزز مكانتها كأكثر الدول جذبًا للاستثمار المباشر في 2025

أكدت الإمارات مجددًا مكانتها كوجهة مفضلة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، بعد تصدرها إقليميًا وحلولها في المرتبة التاسعة عالميًا ضمن مؤشر «ثقة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لعام 2025» الصادر عن شركة «كيرني» العالمية، كما جاءت في المرتبة الثانية بين الأسواق الناشئة.

ريادة مستمرة على مستوى دول التعاون

ووفق نتائج المؤشر، واصلت دولة الإمارات تفوقها على مستوى مجلس دول التعاون، بما يعكس جاذبيتها الاستثمارية المدعومة بالاستراتيجيات الوطنية الطموحة.

نمو متسارع للاقتصاد الرقمي

توقعت الدراسة أن يساهم الاقتصاد الرقمي بنحو 20% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للإمارات بحلول عام 2031، مدفوعًا بمشروعات ضخمة مثل مشروع «قطارات الاتحاد»، وتوسيع مراكز البيانات، والبنية التحتية الحديثة.

دول التعاون تبرز في المشهد العالمي

على الصعيد العالمي، برزت كل من الإمارات والسعودية والكويت إلى جانب الصين، كأكثر الأسواق الناشئة جذبًا للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر خلال السنوات الثلاث المقبلة.

وفي هذا السياق، قال رودولف لومير، الشريك الأول في مجلس سياسة الأعمال العالمية وعضو شبكة كيرني، قائلاً: “في ظل حالة عدم اليقين السياسي العالمي، فإن قدرة دول التعاون على الحفاظ على اهتمام المستثمرين ليست محض صدفة، بل نتيجة لرؤية واضحة، وإصلاحات طموحة، والتزام فعال بتحقيق تحول اقتصادي شامل”.
