الإمارات تعيّن بدر جعفر مبعوثاً خاصاً للأعمال والعمل الخيري

في خطوة تعكس التوجه الاستراتيجي لدولة الإمارات نحو تعميق التعاون بين الحكومة وقطاعات الأعمال والعمل الخيري، تم تعيين رجل الأعمال الإماراتي البارز ورائد العمل الاجتماعي، بدر جعفر، مبعوثاً خاصاً للأعمال والعمل الخيري.

وقد أعلن عن هذا التعيين سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد آل نهيان، وزير الخارجية ونائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ضمن جهود الدولة لتعزيز الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، ودعم حضور الإمارات في الساحة الدولية كمركز محوري للتنمية المستدامة والدبلوماسية الاقتصادية.

يشغل بدر جعفر منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “الهلال للمشاريع “(Crescent Enterprises)، وهو من الشخصيات المعروفة بمساهماته المؤثرة في مجالات ريادة الأعمال والمبادرات الاجتماعية في دولة الإمارات وخارجها.

وسيعمل جعفر، من خلال هذا الدور الجديد، على بناء جسور تواصل فعّالة بين القطاع الخاص المحلي والدولي من جهة، والمؤسسات الحكومية من جهة أخرى. كما سيقود جهود التنسيق والدعم لمبادرات الإمارات الدبلوماسية، ويعزز من تكامل الأدوار بين عالم الأعمال والمجتمع الخيري لتحقيق تأثير مستدام.

ويأتي هذا التعيين متماشياً مع الرؤى المستقبلية الشاملة لدولة الإمارات، مثل “نحن الإمارات 2031″ و ” مئوية الإمارات 2071″، والتي تضع ضمن أولوياتها تنويع مصادر الدخل، وتعزيز موقع الدولة كمركز عالمي للابتكار والخدمات المالية، إلى جانب تعزيز تأثيرها على المستوى الدولي.

الجدير بالذكر أن القطاعات غير النفطية أسهمت بما يقارب 75% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي للدولة خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من عام 2024، بنمو سنوي قدره 4.5%، ما يعكس تصاعد دور القطاع الخاص في هيكل الاقتصاد الوطني.

كما حجزت الإمارات مرتبة متقدمة ضمن قائمة الدول العشر الأولى في مؤشر العطاء العالمي لعام 2024 (World Giving Index)، مما يعكس التزامها المتزايد بإحداث أثر إيجابي في مجالات العمل الخيري والتنمية الاجتماعية على المستوى العالمي.
